By using EXOHOP LLC ("exoHop", "our", "us" or "we") products and services, you ("you", "your", "Client" or "Customer") agree to comply with our policies.
exoHop reserves the right to cancel, suspend or discontinue any service in the event of non-compliance with the following rules and / or violation of the laws applicable in a country where the service is provided. EXOHOP also reserves the right to change or modify the terms of service at any time upon notice to Customer.
This agreement shall be effective as of the date on which you order your first Service and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the remainder of this document.
Strictly prohibited usage:
Everything that is not described as 'prohibited' in this section is subject to accepted usage, except usage that may disturb others (i.e. avoiding IRC bans) or is evidently dangerous for network environment.
We reserve right to temporarily reduce your VPS resources when your VPS CPU remains loaded at more than 75% for a long period of time (>7h)
We have outgoing SMTP port disabled by default in order to prevent spam. We only allow it for customers with a billing term not less than 3 months. To request an exception, a customer should create a ticket.

In case of receiving an abuse report targeting customer's service, we reserve the right to apply one of the following measures, depending on complexity of the case:
All payment invoices are generated 10 days before payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspended and, ultimately, terminated service. Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee. EXOHOP reserves the right to terminate your service at any point after your invoice is overdue, and will not be responsible for any data loss due to termination.
EXOHOP offers a two day refund period for your first payment on your first VPS with us. Bitcoin payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds must be requested via support ticket in the Client Area after a cancellation request has been submitted.
If the customer creates a subscription to pay for his or her service(s) with EXOHOP, the customer is responsible for canceling that subscription when he or she no longer wants service with EXOHOP. EXOHOP will not be responsible for handling or refunding any transactions that take place after the client has cancelled his or her service with EXOHOP in the event that the client fails to cancel the related subscription.
Raising a billing dispute with our payment processors or charging back a payment made to EXOHOP will place the customer's account in bad standing. We reserve the right to immediately terminate all services without refund in such instances.
Any threat of legal action against EXOHOP by a customer will result in immediate account and service termination without refund.
